Chelsea specializes her practice on licensing, technology transfer, agreements, trademarks, copyrights, and general intellectual property matters. Before joining Loginov IP, Chelsea worked on regulatory matters as an anti-trust attorney at the N.H. Department of Justice and served as general counsel for a local organization, where she managed and enforced trademark protection and infringement claims.

In addition to Chelsea’s legal career, she has been active on several non-profits, serving on the Board of Directors and Advisory Boards for a number of groups, where she assisted with fundraising and event planning and management.
